Sinopsis:
La historia cuenta que en un futuro no muy lejano, existen personas con percepción extrasensorial(ESP).
El número de ESP aumenta cada vez mas; organizaciones como B.A.B.E.L. (Base of Backing ESP Laboratory) tiene la obligación de detener a cualquiera de estas personas que utilicen su poder para robos, terrorismo, etc. y ayudar en incidentes peligrosos a personas.
Dentro de B.A.B.E.L. un grupo llamado "Niñas Absolutamente Adorables" (Zettai Karen Children), compuesto por 3 chicas se encargan de esa misión; Kaoru utiliza el poder de la Psicokinesis, Aoi la Teleportación y Shiho la Psicometría. Ellas tienen la escala de poder mas alta (nivel 7) y son guiadas por Kouichi Minamoto, quien vigila que utilicen sus poderes con efectividad y prudencia, llevandolo a ser maltratado muchas veces de la manera mas cómica.
Existe también otra organización conocida como P.A.N.D.R.A. la cual al parecer recluta ESP para controlar el mundo.
